employ slip trailing, carving and wax resist stain and glaze layering

We
make wheel-thrown cone 10 reduction fired porcelain pottery. Most
of the ware we produce is functional. We believe that there is a need
for finely crafted functional art objects in our technology-based
society: We need something to ground us in our own humanity and art
has always provided an opportunity to do this.
We also work with
a bright color palette of glazes to lend energy to my finished work.
These processes force us to learn from every kiln load of pots we
fire and constantly inspire us.
